We have Immediate Openings for the following positions:
Service Advisor - Manchester, Massachusetts
Our Service Advisors are responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for up selling additional required services to customers.
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
- Schedule appointments using dealership approved forms.
- Obtain customer signature on repair order/contact sheet.
- Indicate on the Repair Order the exact customer complaint, not necessarily the repair instructions.
- Check customer credit status with Accounting Department.
- Advise customers on the care of their trucks and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, using maintenance menus.
- Provide estimates for parts and labor when requested.
- Process and close RO's in a timely manner.
- Call customers for PO's when applicable.
- Ensure that necessary documents are accounted for.
- All Service Department personnel are required to continue their learning paths utilizing a variety of resources including web based and other structured training programs.
Accounting Clerk
This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with new and existing customers both internal and external through a high degree of professionalism.
- Daily cash receipts for posting to customer accounts
- Daily invoicing and posting of cash receipts to OEM program accounts.
- General Accounts Receivable support to credit and collection team.
- Perform Accounts Payable functions as may be requested or required.
- Minimum of (2) years in an Accounting environment.
- Excellent EXCEL, Word, Outlook, and general computer skills required.
- ADP dealer management software experience preferred.
- Experience with A/R and A/P preferred.
- Good Customer Service and phone skills required.
- Must be a Team Player
