S.D.S picks up New 2022 Western Star 4900EX.
Shawn Ingerson, owner of S.D.S Logging based out of Jefferson NH, purchased a new 2022 Western Star 4900EX tractor from our Western Star rep, Troy Merwin. With the work that the company S.D.S Logging preforms, they needed a truck that could handle heavy loads. Shawn needed a reliable truck so he called McDevitt. As a result, we had exactly what he needed already in stock with no wait time. This truck is stocked with a Detroit DD16 15.6L 600 HP engine in addition to an Eaton Fuller 18 speed transmission. For one thing, these 14,000 pound front and 46,000 pound rear axle weights are necessary. All in all, S.D.S Logging’s efficiency just got easier with the help of another tractor. We’re glad S.D.S Logging got the truck they needed so they can continue running business. Overall, this truck was the perfect fit for S.D.S and they couldn’t be happier.
